We cannot ship Ammunition via USPS or to PO boxes, a street address is required.
Many States and municipalities restrict our ability to ship ammunition. As a result we cannot ship ammunition to MA, DC, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento or Los Angeles.
Customers shipping to IL and NJ must provide proper firearms owner identification via email or fax before their order can be shipped. ID’s can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 530.273.1107. Please include your order number with your email or fax.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
As ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight we do not ship outside the Contiguous United States, or any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping ammunition or other products.
Returns & Exchanges
Contact our customer service department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). As long as the items are in saleable condition (if they look like they could be on a store shelf you have nothing to worry about) we will issue a refund or credit (your choice) once the products are received, reviewed, and checked back into stock.
Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only (not including shipping). Any items that are sealed such as spam cans, and certain battle packs cannot be returned once opened unless the items are defective.
Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am PST to 4pm PST.
All ammunition must be shipped via ground shipping according to federal law. Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders.
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy. Please see Terms and Conditions for further restrictions.
